Healthy Cooking Demonstrations 

Viewing and tasting a healthy cooking demonstration of affordable whole foods* recipes can provide people with the inspiration, confidence and skills to start cooking their own meals from scratch.

*Whole foods can be generally described as foods that have not been highly processed, refined or had ingredients added to them. Whole foods include fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and seeds.

Our plant-based healthy cooking demonstrations are a great way to deliver reliable healthy eating advice and to demonstrate how quick and easy it is to cook an affordable healthy meal from scratch.

The demonstrations are delivered by Rupert.  He discusses the whys of eating healthfully, exploring the diet’s role in increasing the risk, prevention and management of illnesses such as:

We will come to your venue

We provide all the required equipment (portable stoves) and food ingredients. We can do a one-off healthy cooking demonstration or we can put together a series of healthy cooking demonstrations over the course of a day, whichever suits your requirements.

Your audience is given the opportunity to taste the culinary  creation and hopefully enjoy it!
