Ideal for both adults and children on the go.
This recipe is a good source of fibre, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and calcium.
- Fruit juice (orange, apple or pineapple)
- Fruits (
rasins, apples, bannasor berries)
- Low fat natural yoghurt or vegan replacemen
Place oats into a glass & add fruit juice to moisten oats. Leave for 5-10 minutes
Cut up & layer the fruit on top of oats
Layer the yoghurt on top of the fruit
Optional. Topping for the yoghurt: mixed spice or pecan nuts. Enjoy!
