Honey and Oat Energy Balls

Quick and easy honey and oat balls. A great option for those with little time in the morning or who don’t like breakfast. The honey gives an initial boost of energy after waking up and the oats provide a slow releasing energy.

  • 90g porridge oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 handfulls of rasins
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50g vanilla protine powder
  • 2-3 tbsp of milk

Method: Simply add all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form into ten balls. Can refridgerate for one week.
