Oaty Fruit Rumbler

The Recipe

Ingredients:

Oats

Fruit juice (orange, apple or pineapple)

Fruits (raisins, apples, bananas or berries)

Low fat natural yoghurt or vegan replacement

Notes:

Modern life can mean that we don’t have much time in the mornings to have a ‘proper breakfast’. This can lead to skipping it all together which could be making you feel grumpy, struggle to concentrate and have low energy. Try this quick and east nutritious breakfast. Ideal for both adults and children on the go.

Method:

  1. Place oats into a glass & add fruit juice to moisten oats. Leave for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Cut up & layer the fruit on top of oats.
  3. Layer the yoghurt on top of the fruit. Topping suggestion for the yoghurt: mixed spice or pecan nuts.
