Honey and Oat Energy Balls

The Recipe

Ingredients:

90g porridge oats

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp nut butter

3 tbsp honey

2 handfulls of rasins

1 tsp vanilla extract

50g vanilla protine powder

2-3 tbsp of milk

Method:

  1. Simply add all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Form into ten balls.
  3. Can refrigerate for one week.
